Pat joined AAL in 2025 following retirement. He aspires to be a servant leader rooted in a deep commitment to empowering and uplifting others. He’s found fulfillment in fostering growth, guiding individuals toward their full potential, and creating an environment where collaboration and success thrive. His drive to lead with empathy, integrity, and a vision that inspires collective achievement has underpinned each career endeavor. He believes that mentorship, support, and a people-first mindset, contributes to building strong teams, nurturing talent, and ensuring long-term success for individuals and organizations alike.
Pat attended the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD from 1995 – 1999. After completing a BS in Economics with a Minor concentration in Spanish Language Arts, he commissioned as a Surface Warfare Officer spending 25 years on Amphibious Landing Ships, Aegis Destroyers, Minesweepers, and Nuclear Aircraft Carriers. Over the course of his career, Pat spent 19 years at sea involving 6 deployments to the Middle East and Asia Pacific theatres in various leadership positions, including 3 as Commanding Officer. He retired in 2023, and has since worked at Refined Technologies Inc, a Houston-based Oil & Gas company leading their biggest profit & cost center as well as a redemptive employment program that focuses on hiring previously incarcerated felons.
