Martha Lerario grew up in an Army family and has spent the last 31 years raising one. She has lived her life leading, teaching and serving others. Her passion and interests have focused on developing individuals and families in the Army and serving in the communities around the globe where she has lived.

For ten years Martha served as Core Trainer and curriculum developer for the Army Family Team Building (AFTB) program. Most recently, in order to give back to Fayetteville, North Carolina, she spent five years working as a director for a non-profit organization located there.
Martha studied English and Journalism in college and holds a BS in Communication Arts from James Madison University.
