Rob Nielsen has dedicated his career to creating and implementing leadership, cultural alignment, and peak performance strategies for organizations across the country.

A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Nielsen has taken the leadership skills learned as a scholar-athlete (a boxing champion and All-American water polo player), a Captain and scout pilot in the U.S. Army, and applied them to an array of other industries.

For over four decades, whether leading soldiers in the field, challenging learners in the classroom, or helping advance billion-dollar companies, this unique developmental model has been used to achieve peak performance, both operationally and financially.

Nielsen's philosophy of inspiring, empowering and challenging teams is a philosophy derived from the military and based on his belief that the most powerful and lasting solutions are achieved through the trust, collaboration and emotional commitment of each stakeholder.

In founding All American Leadership, whose roots date back to 2008, Nielsen has aligned himself with a powerful team of highly accomplished professionals, ranging from Ph.D. level professors to highly successful business and military leaders, each representing decades of experience in leading, educating, and developing leaders of character.

A published writer and speaker, Nielsen and his team engage with senior leaders and their organizations to develop leaders, align cultures and accelerate success.
