Missy has coached, mentored, and facilitated leadership developmental experiences for countless teams and organizations across the country, ranging from small non-profits to large hospital systems, and from large corporations to the NASA Astronaut Corps.

As a servant leader, Missy serves on her city council, economic development board, community foundation board, regional commercial air service task force and Nordic ski education nonprofit.

Regardless the team, Missy brings an energy and commitment to inspire, empower and challenge everyone she works with.
